CBT-informed strategies, psychoeducation, and lifestyle guidance that complement your treatment plan.

Your first visit is a chance to slow down, share what has been happening, and begin making sense of the full picture. There is no pressure to tell your story perfectly—we’ll go at a thoughtful pace.
